Free Running

I have been practicing Free running as a form of combat. Using high points to fend off attackers and making sure that you can handle street situations, obviously you would have to be completely nails to fend off more than one attacker successfully without been beaten, stabbed or shot ( all these can happen with one of course).

jumping over obstacles, hiding behind things etc, are all skills to keep fresh. I have had a fun few days practicing skills i havn't used since breaking my leg.
